BJ the Chicago Kid In My Mind Album Cover

BJ the Chicago Kid has just announced dates for his upcoming “In My Mind” world tour. His first ever world tour, this will be in support of his recently released Motown Records album “In My Mind”. Joining him on tour will be special guests Elhae and Tish Hyman.

In addition to the news of the tour, BJ has also announce that he will celebrate the 45th anniversary of Marvin Gaye’s classic album “What’s Going On” with a posthumous duet with Gaye on the song. The special version of the song will be released on June 24th with all of the original instrumentation. BJ had the following to add about the duet:

“Marvin Gaye is a huge inspiration to me. The music he graced us with gave the world a little more beauty, and a lot more soul.”

BJ the Chicago Kid also recently released a video for his latest single “Woman’s World”.
