The black-tie evening, benefiting youth in foster care in New York City at Cipriani 42nd Street last week was emceed by Good Day New York’s Greg Kelly and sponsored by Chloé and David Yurman. Estelle, wearing Oscar de la Renta on the carpet and David Yurman later in the night, had everyone up and out of their seats to dance during dinner as she performed for the star-studded crowd which included Selita Ebanks, Jemima Kirke, Victor Cruz, Rachel Roy, Mario Manningham, Elettra Wiedemann, Harvey Weinstein and many more.
The Boys and Girls Choir of Harlem Alumni Ensemble joined Estelle on stage as she performed the lead single, “Conqueror” from her forthcoming album True Romance. “Conqueror” is featured in the end credits of the film Addicted, in theaters this week October 10th. The Lionsgate/Codeblack Films release stars Sharon Leal, Boris Kodjoe, Tasha Smith, Tyson Beckford, Emayatzy Corinealdi, Kat Graham and William Levy. It is based on the best-selling novel by Zane.
