With everything I’ve heard leading up to this album, I simply can’t wait to hear it. I’ll be honest, after her last album “The Makings of Me” I really wasn’t looking forward to any future Monica projects; the album was a flop commercially and was a departure from what we had come to expect from her. Now with “Still Standing,” things are starting to sound like she’s gone back to her roots (the girl can REALLY sing) and give us what we’ve been missing. Additionally, with an A-List of producers and writers like this, I don’t see how this album could be anything but amazing. “Still Standing” will be in stores March 23rd.
