GRAMMY-nominated R&B trio FLO has officially released their highly anticipated sophomore studio album, Therapy At The Club. Available now via Republic Records, the 16-track project arrives alongside a brand-new music video for the single “Cry Ugly.”
Therapy At The Club leans heavily into dark, euphoric R&B and pop, utilizing diaristic storytelling to document the emotional arc of a night out—from the pre-game to the morning after. Rather than framing the club solely as a nightlife destination, the album reimagines the space as a site for confession, emotional release, and self-possession. Together, the trio explores themes of desire, heartbreak, confidence, and healing in real time.
Serving as a bold showcase of FLO’s artistry, the project features extensive songwriting and production credits from the trio themselves. To bring the album to life, they enlisted a powerhouse roster of industry hitmakers, including:

The release is anchored by several notable tracks, including the lead single “Leak It,” which recently earned FLO their highest-charting solo single in the UK to date. Fans will also recognize the title track, “Therapy At The Club,” which the group debuted during their acclaimed NPR Tiny Desk performance, alongside recent fan favorites “Remedied” and “Don’t Break Her Heart.”
Coinciding with the album drop, FLO released the official music video for “Cry Ugly.” The visual was co-directed by industry veteran Jake Nava (Beyoncé), Sienna Nava, and Marlon Cang (Recently Deleted).
Reflecting on the deeply personal nature of their sophomore effort, the members of FLO shared the following statement:
