Daley Releases Debut Album “Days & Nights”, Embarking on Spring Tour

Future soul and R&B trendsetter, DALEY, just released his full-length debut album, DAYS & NIGHTS [REPUBLIC RECORDS], in stores and all digital retailers today. The UK singer, songwriter, and producer is preparing to make his mark on the States this year.

The first single from the album, “Look Up” [produced by Pharrell Williams],has recently taken flight at Urban radio. It’s soaring towards the top of the Urban AC chart as audiences everywhere fall for his impressive falsetto and downright soulful delivery.

The track itself coasts ahead on a robust guitar twang and alluring beat before his honest, heartfelt vocal instantly connects. To add, the title track functions as a lovelorn plea over sexy eighties-style synths and breathy delivery from DALEY. “Be” builds on a slow piano melody that converges upon a soaring refrain, while on “Remember Me” he and superstar Jessie J engage in verbal foreplay that climaxes on another unshakable refrain. Then, there’s “Time Traveler”, which echoes timeless R&B with its tempered handclaps and a heavenly hook. In addition to teaming with Pharrell, the artist also enlists the production talents of The Roots’ Ahmir “Questlove?”Thompson for the album. It’s music worth living with from sun up to sundown.

DALEY left audiences begging for more after a 2013 run of sold out dates in major North American markets. Now, with the album available, he’ll follow that historic inaugural tour with a five-week jaunt of intimate venues across the U.S. Be sure to experience him this Spring starting March 17 at Buckhead Theater in Atlanta, GA through April 28 at Trees in Dallas, TX.

DALEY has collaborated with BRIT-Award winner and multi-platinum diva Jessie J and singer Marsha Ambrosious. He’s shared the stage with Miguel and Maxwell internationally, and he’s garnered Soul Train Awards nominations in the states and MOBO Award nominations in the UK. Moreover, his peers continue to sing his praises. Pharrell called him, “One of the dopest singer-songwriters I’ve heard in a long time”, while Jessie J gushed, “Your voice, songwriting…I can’t wait for the world to know DALEY”.

This artcle is so dead on! When he got on stage in Chicago, the audience was yelling the second the first chord of “Remember Me” was played. The US is love withDaley! From his vocals to his stage presence to his connection to the audience, Daley has hit the mark every time.
