Last night at B.B. King’s Blues Club, Ginuwine performed for a packed house in NYC. The show was opened by his son, a rapper by the name of Kidd Flash, who got the crowd warmed up. Ginuwine followed with an all new set that we haven’t seen from him before. Backed by a 10 piece band, including bongo drums, he used half of his set to cover songs by r&b greats like Michael Jackson, Prince and more. Of course, the greatest reaction of all was for his timeless hits. The crowd couldn’t help but to get up and move as he went through his smashes like “Same Ol’ G”, “So Anxious” and “Pony”. Once again, Ginuwine proved to NYC why he’s one of the greatest entertainers of his generation.

His performance was worthy of a standing ovation. Rarely do I feel like I underpaid for a show. That night I did.
