After releasing the party jam “Damn Good Time” with French Montana, Candice Boyd is back with her second single “Make Me Over”. The piano ballad talks about the struggles being in a relationship and how one’s self confidence can be taken away by another person’s words. The songstress is currently signed to Ne-Yo’s label along with Epic Records.
This song may be familiar to some as it was originally supposed to appear on RaVaughn’s debut album “Love Always” before it was shelved. Ravaughn was originally Ne-Yo’s artist before parting ways with him.
Most recently, Candice finished touring with Ro James on his “XIX” tour.
