11 years ago, the music world lost a budding superstar. Aaliyah was an artist who essentially had the entire package from her angelic vocals to smooth dance moves. At just the age of 22, she accomplished more than a lot of people could imagine. This may be the reason that people to this day are still talking about her. Before her unfortunate passing, you could see that she was working on creating a new sound with her music and one can only imagine where she would be musically in 2012.
