This song had all the elements of being a hit for Mariah, but it just wasn’t meant to be for some reason. The song flopped on the charts and the album never really recovered after that. This song is still real good and shows that Mariah is still a force in this...

I always felt like this Stevie J produced track was like the long lost cousin of Aaliyah’s “One in a Million”. Both songs were written by Missy Elliott, had crazy harmonies and had similar production (with the double stuttering beat and all)....

This song is Mariah’s rendition of the Johny Cash song “Help Me Make It Through the Night.” She recorded this song for the movie Tennessee.

This is a leftover from Mariah Carey’s “Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel” album. Apparently, it was meant to be on her unreleased “Angel’s Advocate” album as well.
