Although Carmen Rodgers has been spending much of her time over the past year touring with dynamic hip hop/soul band Foreign Exchange, she’s been working on her new album “Stargazer” in the meantime. The album is set to release on 2/17/15 on her own Candigirl Music Label distributed by Nia/Eone distribution.
