Emerging r&b stars Lion Babe have just released their new single “The Wave” featuring Leikeli47. The duo made up of performance artist Jillian Hervey and producer and instrumentalist Lucas Goodman aka Astro Raw have been building anticipation towards the release of their upcoming album, and continue to do so with the new song.
“The Wave” channels vibes from the 70’s and 80’s disco and funk sounds. The single follows the release of previous single “Honey Dew” and its mesmerizing visual which came out recently.
Last year, the band shared the first taste of their upcoming album via the sublime ‘Rockets’ feat. Moe Moks. The forthcoming album will be their first commercial release since the band’s critically celebrated debut studio album ‘Begin’, which was released in 2016.
