Solange has just released two stunning visuals to accompany her new album “A Seat at the Table”. Today, she releases videos for “Cranes in the Sky” and “Don’t Touch My Hair” featuring Sampha, which were both directed by Solange herself alongside her husband Alan Ferguson and produced by Eli Cane.
Both songs are included on the recently released surprise album “A Seat a the Table” which was written by Solange and co-executive produced by Raphael Saadiq. The project, which came out via her Saint Records label alongside Columbia, is available digitally everywhere with pyshical albums releasing November 15th, 2016.
The singer began writing “A Seat at the Table” back in 2013, and desribes the body of work as “a project on identity, empowerment, independence, grief and healing.”
