The Roots are currently working on their new album “How I Got Over” which is due for release June 22nd and this is potentially a cut from that album. As you can hear, they sampled (although it sounds like John re-recorded the vocals) John Legend’s “Again” from his “Once Again” album. The collaboration sounds good to me, and The Roots to me are one of the best hip hop groups of all time.
