Check out new music from Keith Phelps, a 24 year old independent r&b artist from Indianapolis, Indiana. He’s not a new artist, and has previously released a mixtape titled “PHELPS PHRiDAY” and an EP called “PHiNDiNG Myself”. In addition, he’s had studio session with many well known r&b artists including Sevyn Streeter, Zendaya, B.
