Despite her initial releases being within dance music, recent writing sessions with RnB influenced producers Basement Jaxx and Snakehips led Meleka to want to explore alternative sounds with her own music.
The result of this was the recording of The Funkin 90’s EP, which encompasses 7, 90’s covers which will act as her introduction to the blogoshpere and the perfect precursor for what’s to come from Meleka in terms of original material in 2015.
