Legendary producer Salaam Remi links up with one of the most promising young vocalists Gallant for the new song “Roll the Dice”.
The new single is the latest offering from Salaam’s DoItForTheCulture2 collection. He adds about working with Gallant:
“I was already a fan of Gallant’s from his song ‘Weight In Gold’. The first day that he came into my studios, the first bit of music he heard became this song. His voice soars on this Marvin Gaye Inspired music bed and since that day has been on my weekly playlist. I’m excited to share it as part of my DoItForTheCulture2 project.”
The new song comes on the heels of the release of the previously unheard Nas and Amy Winehouse collaboration “Find My Love”.
Salaam Remi is rolling out his upcoming project via his newly independent label Louder Than Life. The label is not only dedicated to developing and finding emerging talent, but also partnering with forward thinking brands and relying on the street and people to help find different forms of talent.
