Avant‘s brand new single “You & I” (featuring longtime collaborator KeKe Wyatt), claims the #1 position on the Urban AC charts, his first #1 in a decade and his first for independent distributor Caroline via his own label Mo-B.
This is the second #1 in the Urban AC format for the Caroline promotions staff, who also scored a #1 with Tyrese’s ” Stay” , “Stay” dominated the charts for 11 weeks straight in 2011, Caroline continued to command the Urban AC charts in 2011 by being named the #2 record label in that format. Most recently Caroline has enjoyed Urban AC chart success with Twista, Bobby V and Tamia all scoring Top 5 singles.
“You & I” is the lead single from Avant‘s recently released seventh studio album ‘Face The Music’, and is a searing love ballad that revisits the natural magic Avant and KeKe conjured on their first hit.
