Earlier this month, Fat Joe made a triumphant return to NYC, performing at Central Park for NY Summerstage. It was indeed a return, as he wasn’t shy about commenting through the evening on how people were hesitant about booking him for NYC shows. Regardless, he shut it down for his raucous fans, reeling off hit after hit and reminding people just how he used to run the NYC rap scene.
