Grammy nominated songwriter/production duo Louis York (Claude Kelly & Chuck Harmony) release their debut EP “Masterpiece Theater – Act I”. The project, which is being released through their own label Weirdo Workshop, features them stepping out from behind the scenes to showcase their talents on a bigger stage. The release is led by the singles “Clair Huxtable” and “Good Drinks, Dumb Jokes”, both of which they premiered live at a recent showcase in NYC.
On “Masterpiece Theater – Act I”, Harmony played every instrument on the record, while Claude Kelly wrote the melodies and sang the vocals. Together, they make a commendable attempt at what they feel is missing in music, and do so with a refreshing, unique sound.
