Black Violin are a violin duo who combine elements of hip hop, pop, rnb and classical music to form their unique sound. The group is made up of Wilner “Wil B” Baptiste (viola) and Kevin “Kev”Marcus Sylvester (violin), who are both classically trained musicians and have opened up for the likes of Kanye West, 50 Cent, Aerosmith and Tom Petty, and have also collaborated with Wu-Tang Clan, Linkin Park, Wyclef Jean, and Alicia Keys. Their major label debut “Stereotypes” has just released and features some great collaborations.
