YouKnowIGotSoul was on hand to cover Ja Rule’s performance at the Resorts World Casino in Queens, NYC on Saturday 12/13/14. The event also featured a performance from headlining act Fat Joe. Ja opened the show and quickly took the audience through his catalog of many hits, most of which featured r&b stars, in energetic fashion. He also noted that MTV was on hand filming his new reality show and that the whole audience would potentially be on TV! Ja emphatically closed out the show with “New York” in paying homage to his city. Later on in the evening, he would also join Fat Joe on stage to perform the song once again.
