Toni Estes is most known for penning the hit single “It’s Not Right, But It’s Okay” for Whitney Houston from her 1998 “My Love Is Your Love” album. A few years later, Toni’s debut album “Two * Eleven” released with the singles “Hot” and “Big Things” as well as this cover of Guy’s 1990 classic new jack swing song “Let’s Chill”.
