Last night, YouKnowIGotSoul presented one of our most successful Sol Village events, with an all female lineup consisting of BriaMarie, Canjalae, Felicia Temple, Coline Cruezot and Kat Webb and hosted by Eric Roberson. Especially impressive on this evening was Canjalae. The Bermudian songbird came off as a truly polished entertainer; the type a label is sure to scoop up. Also on hand were producers Carvin & Ivan to present their new artist BriaMarie. The self proclaimed “Fresh Princess” certainly impressed with her vocals, taking us through classics like “Half Crazy” and “Fallin” before ending with an energetic performance of her single “I Don’t Know”. We’ve been impressed with Felicia Temple’s live performance in the past, and she also shined on this evening, celebrating the release of her new EP “To Whom it May Concern”. Coline Creuzot was equally as impressive, putting on a show with her flawless vocals while moving around the stage flanked by her dancers. If you would have told me a year from now each of these ladies would be signed to a major label, I would believe you. The group was that talented.
