Last night I attended the R&B Nights showcase at B.B. Kings in NYC which featured performances by a good amount of upcoming singers and groups which served as a showcase. One of the stars of the night was Tyler Jacob, who I’ve featured on this site previously, and he really got my attention. He got the crowd into it by opening with his cover of Trey Songz “We Can’t Be Friends.” However, it was the intro to his single “Cry No More” and the song that followed that really had me impressed. The kid can sing! Stay tuned as I’ll be interviewing him in the near future.
