Exciting young r&b duo VanJess have just released their debut album “Silk Canvas”, and you can stream it now in its entirety via Spotify. We’ve been featuring the emerging group over the past couple of years as they’ve captivated us with each single release, and that culminates with their first full length project.
Included on the album are the previously released singles “Touch the Floor” featuring Masego, and “Through Enough” featuring GoldLink. The project also has collaborations with Berhana, Leikeli47, and Little Simz.
VanJess is comprised of Nigerian-American sisters Ivana and Jessica Nwokike. The duo made a name for themselves through YouTube covers, with their most popular video garnering over 5 million viewers. Influenced by modern day sounds, VanJess is determined to craft music that complements their old-school vibe and remains true to themselves.
