Singer Raheem DeVaughn draws inspiration from his arrest while protesting alongside Dr. Cornell West on the steps of the United States Supreme Court in the creation of his new mixtape “Freedom Fighter”.
To bring awareness to the changes he hopes to see, he releases the socially concious mixtape “Freedom Figther” featuring all of his socially conscious B-Sides with appearances from : Jill Scott, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Min. Louis Farrakhan, Dr. Cornell West, Anthony Hamilton, Chrisette Michele, and more.
